Mastering the fundamentals of fitness and nutrition
 Peter grew up in Toronto and has big love for this city. he lives there with his wife overlooking the Don Valley and downtown skyline.

 Peter's first love was a majestic Maine Coon named Claws.

 As a teenager, Peter first got interested in coaching because he wanted to help his mom reverse the impact of her stressful, desk-bound office job. She's in great shape today and is still his favourite Crossfit client!

  Peter started cooking family dinners at the age of 12... So while other kids were watching Ninja Turtles he was perfecting his pan seared fish. Now he uses that experience to make healthy, tasty meals that don't require too much prep time.

 In 2013 Peter started an underground supper club called the  Foodgees  where once a year (or so) he runs - along with his friend Nev - delicious events to raise money for charities that are close to heart.

 One of Peter's favourite places in the world to vacation is on the South Coast of Barbados. Shout out to Daddy's and Irie Foods!

 Peter's also an avid backpacker, canoe tripper, and camper. He loves desert canyons, starry nights, and ultra-light gear!

 Peter knows how to eat healthy and can show you how to make it simple, fast, and absolutely delicious... But the man is not above enjoying his treats, and doesn't want to take them away from you either.

 Working with high level athletes is one of the super cool parts of Peter's coaching career that he LOVES!

 For the most part, Peter's a pretty low-tech guy. This is seriously still his cell phone. He's getting pretty good at making videos and will answer your emails promptly, but don't send him a picture text message. It could fry the phone.

 Despite living in Canada, Peter's a real sun worshipper and winters are tough! Today (mid-January with -17 windchill factor) he'd rather be there...
