Training Video 7: Why You Need A "Plan B"

We all know that when we’re starving and tired and generally up against it, we’ll grab just about anything handy to satisfy our hunger, bump our energy, and sooth our nerves. Here's the problem with the grab-and-go model; convenience foods tend to be pretty unhealthy and eating them often is not going to help you reach your goals long term. So let’s leave the drive-through behind... It’s time to come up with a superior Plan B.

When schedules change at the last minute, you run out of food, or you simply can't face cooking the meal you planned to make, this back-up meal plan will save the day. I've included some ideas to get you started but remember - the plan will only work if you customise it in to suit your tastes and the options readily available close to where you live and work.
