VIDEO: Safe Training Days

This is a super simple yet powerful concept when planning your training week, and it’s one that I often see overlooked.

When you lay out your week, you should highlight the days when you’re most likely to feel the freshest and perform the best. The first thing you should do is to schedule your key workouts on those days. Then, work everything else around that as best you can.

That way you’ll be prepared to put the most into and get the most out of the sessions that address your biggest priorities.
